Our engaging training experiences provide participants with a strong understanding of the Groundwater metaphor — laying the foundation for deeper work within your organization to equip a broad range of participants to build better workplaces and communities. We offer a variety of formats, from private client training to a monthly training open to the public.
We give leaders the deep understanding and tools they need to drive organizational and societal impact. Participate in one of our cornerstone experiences on the structural and historical roots of racial inequity. The experience is led by two Groundwater Institute Program Leaders. Attendees learn through an engaging mix of video content and personalized reflection and discussion. Whether your organization is looking for help dealing with inequity, looking to advance your culture, or realigning to maximize impact, this session gives a sense for the kind of experience and transformation we create.

Our coaching and advisory support offerings help leaders embed a groundwater lens into their decision-making and strengthen their organization’s impact. In some cases we work with teams to align their organizations with the insights from our cornerstone training on race and equity.
