IMMERSIVE EXPERIENCE

Our flagship “Immersive Experience” includes video modules with live, facilitated discussions. Participants experience an historical, cultural, and structural analysis of outcomes, successes and failures.

Designed for groups of up to 30, online or in real life, the Immersive Experience delivers transformative content, as well as an opportunity to connect with, relate to, and form a sense of community with fellow participants.

BASECAMP

Our Basecamp program leverages the 1.5 Day Immersive Experience and complements it with a half-day activation session 2 weeks afterwards — taking head on the question of “what do we do next?”

Basecamp provides leaders with a grounding in the groundwater analysis and from there invites them to reflect on ways this analysis can inform their work.
